Adjusting is Not Easy!

A friend told me today, "God is always moving in your life.  Maybe not in the direction you want but he is still moving."  I loved the idea.  I agree with his statement.  The tough part is what this truth asks me to do.  The fact that God is active and moving in my life requires me to adjust to where God is moving OR adjust to feeling distant in our relationship.  And since I value a close friendship with Jesus, I will adjust my life, expectations, direction in life to be close to him.  Willingly or reluctantly, I must adjust. Does this ring true for you too?
